    I wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU to Stacy Patton, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our closing today. My wife and I have a done a couple of closings before and by far, this has been the easiest one we have ever done. Stacy was on top of it, from ordering payoff quotes to making sure we were ready for closing date, she was even flexible enough to accelerate the closing a few days earlier since we were ready earlier than expected. She told me in perfect teacher mode the steps I needed to take and places to go in Fort Worth with addresses and phone numbers to remedy my situation. I didnt need a title company in my case.
