I explained to her how I needed a fast process and she got right to it she was there the whole process and explained every step of the way. Zuleyma was just absolutely wonderful to work with through out the entire process, we knew very little to none about the house buying process and she helped every step of the way for us to be able to buy a house. Honestly without her we would still be so unsure of so many aspects of buying and owning a new home. Even after closing she’s already gone above and beyond with answering any questions we’ve had.

We went into the market looking for a preowned home and considering how high the interest rates were at the time , Zuleyma found us a new build close to our preferred area. Five stars are not enough!If you are looking for a knowledgeable, helpful and skilled real estate agent in the Metroplex, Zuleyma is your best choice.Zuleyma represented us last year in the process of selling our house located in Forney and buying a new one in Far North Dallas. We could not wish for a better agent or a better outcome. She listened to all of our needs and thanks to her hard work, and her dedication, we were able to find our dream home in a perfect neighborhood in less than three months. When it came to selling our house, I am fully convinced that only thanks to Zuleyma’s dedication and contacts (the pictures that her photographer took were just stunning!) we were able to get multiple offers within the first 48 hours after putting the house on the market. Zuleyma’s service is unmatched and we felt really secure, and taken care of, every step of the way. Buying and selling a house is a stressful process, but it was significantly easier thanks to her. Best experience ever with Zuleyma Bernabe. Since first day she would answer my calls for any kind of questions i had. Explained every paper work i would get on my emails and was always available for any house showing. Didn’t matter how far it was she would always be there and give her point of view to every house we seen. Which i liked because she wasn’t there just to sell. She want me to love the place i would call home. If anyone out there looking for a honest realtor she is the one! I fully recommend her!!!
