Zak is the man, my wife and I have moved into DFW area from PA. Originally we planned to just rent and figure things out, but Zak was recommended to us as someone who knows DFW area and especially new constructions, which is what we wanted.We have reached out to Zak and was extremely accommodating to our tight schedule during our pre-move visit, he spent almost a whole day with us showing us the different areas and homes that matched our want list. I have had the pleasure of working with Zak on a build from dirt with one of his clients for almost a year now. The home just closed today, and I have to say that Zak was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He was always available when needed, and was one of the most involved realtors I have ever dealt with. As a new home sales rep, we often have realtors that refer a client, then they disappear. This was not the case with Zak. I can refer Zak with confidence to anyone who is looking to sell their home, or buy a home who would like representation. Zak has been incredible for us! We started this process about a year ago and put our house on the market. After searching for houses we ended up deciding to wait just a little longer. Zak was very accommodating and knowledgeable throughout the process and has helped us tremendously! When we took our home off the market he wasn’t upset and rather told us to let him know when we were ready again! Zero pressure at all! We called Zak back around February and started the process all over. Zak found us a beautiful new build on some land and it met all of our exact wishes!
