Zac helped me to list, stage, and sell my condo in 2 months... during a questionable time in real estate.He came in with a plan and a vision and GOT IT DONE without question. He even brought his OWN pressure washer and washed my deck. Zac is the real deal. Dont hesitate to call him. Austin is a crazy market, and Ive made 3 home purchases through the years, before finding Zac. I rate him very highly, not as as a first-time buyer, but someone from a family of real estate geeks and home-remodelers! I know many agents, and Zac has been the best. Zac absolutely knows the market, he knows what to look out for with quality of appliances and home systems, and hes got a fantastic team that helped keep us on track with financing, closing, inspection, payment, etc. There are so many spinning plates, and Zac knows how to help us spin them all. If youre looking to buy a home, drop whatever you’re doing and call Zac. My boyfriend and I were walking around Travis Country and bumped into Zac doing a showing for another client. We were immediately impressed with how patient, calm, and kind he was to them. We gave Zac our number and he got in touch immediately. Two days later, he encouraged us to see a beautiful home -- it ended up being the one we bought.I am a first time home buyer and my boyfriend is not. Zac worked with both of us with perfectly. The process was honestly really streamlined and I felt totally comfortable to call Zac whenever I had a question or issue. He also had a bunch of connections that came in suuuuper handy: a great tree guy, the best inspector/inspection report, and our favorite new insurance guy.There are two things I want to emphasize. I truly can’t say enough good things about Zac and how amazing he was throughout the home buying process. After a long search we finally found my dream house in Austin. He emailed me about it on a Saturday, got me in for a tour on Sunday, had the offer in Sunday night, accepted on Monday, and had the inspection on Tuesday! Insane effort on his part. And if that wasn’t enough, he handled all the heavy lifting while I was out of town - literally on the other side of the world - for two weeks, including ordering a second hydrostatic test that found a leak he then had the seller fix, saving me thousands of dollars. He had my back from moment one through close and I’m forever grateful. You won’t find a better realtor or human anywhere - thanks Zac!!

Ive been working with Zac since 2021 and i know as long as he doesnt move out of the Austin area, finding a great realtor is not something I have to worry about. He helped me buy my first home in 2021 when I knew nothing about the process, he was patient attentive and informative. he took the time to not only walk me through the purchase but teach me along the way. 3 years later that property is a rental with a healthy cash flow! I recently called him to get help with an electrical issue and he had tons of recommendations on electricians. Not only are you getting a great realtor, but you are also getting access to his extensive network of home care professionals.This year Zac helped me, and my wife get into an amazing piece of property. I was a little nervous about the market and how much we could afford but this guy found us the perfect home and we even got a new roof for the house! He is incredibly thorough in each step of the home buying process— don’t be surprised if he hops up in the attic during a showing to be sure there aren’t any huge issues up there. He will not stop there. Once you are in your new home, he will continue to be sure you feel supported with any questions you may have. We were first time home buyers and he has helped us with so many post buy questions like how to fill out homestead exemption forms, duct cleaning recommendations, and he even sent us a handy schedule to remember things like changing that air filter!10/10 recommend Zac. I think one of the most important things to have when shopping for a house is having someone great in your corner, from the minute i reached out to him he was in my corner and i immediately noticed the difference in my search. He went above and beyond in every aspect, from being straight with me and setting realistic expectations to be efficient, to showing me places on a short notice on a Friday at 7pm. Thank god he did that because that showing was for the place we eventually landed. He is knowledgeable and trust worthy, and most importantly he is a really good person.
