We are so grateful for Yoshie because she helped us tremendously in our home buying process. She is so smart and good at negotiating. She is so personable and really dug deep with her questions in figuring out what we were looking for. She gave us excellent advice and constantly proved she had our best interest at heart. She responds so fast and did excellent research in looking for the answers to our long list of questions/concerns.As first time homebuyers, she made what could’ve been a very stressful process into a fun and less stressful adventure. I was buying my first house and I could not be more grateful that I found her. There is SO much to buying a home and I had no clue what I was reading, looking at, etc. half of the time but I never once felt overwhelmed or confused. Communication with her flows in an extraordinary way, we feel comfortable and more confident speaking in our language, while she supports us and translates for us with everyone involved in the business (sellers, lenders, construction managers, inspectors and title company).
