But thanks to the wonderful Wilson Realty Team, my husband and I were able to find a home that exceeded our expectations all the while staying within our budget. The Wilson Realty Team worked together seamlessly to coordinate countless showings for us to find our dream home. Taylor was so quick to help us make it out to see all the homes we wanted to see and followed up within hours with comparable homes to help us really understand the areas we looked at and make diligent decisions. When we decided to make an offer, Taylor and his team were so quick to help us put it together and submit it to the seller’s agent. In this market, without the brisk speed that the Wilson Realty Team works, an offer may not even be considered. But because they were so fast, we were able to have our offer accepted within hours of seeing the house we now call home. It doesn’t stop there though. They coordinated everything so smoothly with the Title Company and our lender so that we closed on time with no delays.     We could not have been happier with Matt and Taffney. They showed us what seemed like 30 houses over a 4-5 month period before we finally found our home. They were very patient and hard working. They work closely with a lender and were able to make the approval process super easy for us. They were always in a great mood and fun to be around. They were quick to point out flaws with each prospective house. One in particular had a previous problem with termites and Matt spotted it instantly. They found problems with the house we ended up buying and were able to get the seller to fix all of them as part of our deal. We negotiated with the seller aggressively, which meant we had to walk away at one point. When we decided to pass, they understood and didnt try to push us to compromise. They were ready to start looking again. The move ended up working out and we got the house for what we wanted. Matt and Taffney visited us over a year later to see how we were doing and bring us gifts for our newborn daughter. I have never heard of realtors doing that for clients.
