We connected with Joe after finding a home he was agent for on a real estate search site. It became clear to us immediately that Joe was honest, straightforward, and a clear communicator. That particular project home did not work out for us, but we asked Joe to help us find a home in Stephenville for our son attending Tarleton State University. Joe was excellent to work with in the search and he offered valuable advice that helped us make a solid decision. He offered information to keep in perspective regarding the market, the specifics of the area for that property, and other options to consider. We found a perfect fit for us and he was instumental in negotiating a new roof from the seller. I highly recommend Joe and we will use him for any future searches in the area he serves.

We highly recommend Joe Willingham as a realtor. I happened across Joe with a contact via Zillow. Joe is a stand-up guy and does great business. Joe answered EVERY phone call, text and email I made with my many questions. We live in Midland, but wanted to move to somewhere in Central Texas. We drove 600 miles looking for property in one day, and the last property was it! We have not purchased a home in 30 years. Joe was great helping us thru the process of purchasing our new property.

Joe Willingham was great working with over the phone for over a year till we found just the right place. Sent an email on a property on a weekend and had a response in hours. After he heard we were in Kansas and 7 hours away , he went out and reviewed and videoed many a property for us.As someone else mentioned, without knowing him personally, he went out of his way to provide us with above and beyond excellent service. Joe Willingham was great working with over the phone. I called on a Saturday interested in an investment property. I got a hold of him quickly and after he heard I was going to be driving 3 hrs to come look at this property, he said hed drive out right away and do a video call for me a head of time, so that I could get a better feel for what I would be looking at and it might save me a trip. He called me a few hours later, and sent me pictures and video of the property that were very helpful. Without knowing him personally, he seems like a trustworthy guy who is willing to go out of his way to provide his clients with excellent service. Thanks Joe!

In these times, integrity is what We want when dealing with sales people. When you meet the person who helped you for weeks with every request you made, it is nice.
