We chose William and Justine to represent us in the sale of our home due in large part to the fact that you wont find more down-to-earth realtors. Theyre not pretentious or overbearing and they talked to us like real people. Im not saying other realtors are any of these things, but some just give a used car salesman vibe. Our house selling experience was not typical and ended up dragging on for weeks longer than anticipated. It had nothing to do with William or Justine, but we were glad to have them on our side the whole time. Our house sold in less than a day at full asking price! That turned out to be the easy part. We ran into closing date issues multiple times, but William and Justine were on top of it...hounding anyone they could think of to get answers and stood their ground in representing us and pushing back on the extended closing dates. If youre looking for a realtor to either buy or sell a home, dont hesitate to contact them.

We just bought a house using Justine and William Griffith as realtors… and it was a really great experience! They were worth their weight in gold for advocating for us, negotiating on our behalf, and educating us along the way. Painless and stress-free process with them! They were always available for questions, we had great communication throughout, and they even noticed things on our final walk-through that we would have missed and made sure the seller/builder corrected them before we moved in! So thankful we chose to work with them. We are SO happy in our new home! Highly recommend!

Will and Justine are a fantastic and thoughtful team of realtors. They have helped both my family and my friends find great homes in the area. They are present, responsive, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about these two!
