Corey made more than one miracle. Not only he found the perfect buyer, he also negotiated the full price and found the mortgage company for the buyer. He was always present at showings, negotiations, till the signing of the agreement at the Title company overcoming many bumps on the road. He was like he was dealing with his own property. After the sale Corey even volunteered to solve a huge transportation problem that could have been really problematic. If tomorrow I would buy or sell a property, I would surely choose Corey.

After several interviews with prospective realtors, Linda and I immediately knew Corey Baumann was the best candidate to market my 100-acre lake front property near Bonham Tx. On our first encounter, he presented a comprehensive market analysis with comps along with various strategies for marketing the property. By personally flying his drone, Corey included in the listings many scenic arial views of the property. Within 40 days we had an interested buyer. Corey helped guide me through various negotiating challenges. e.g. countering prices, financing alternatives, timing the close, 1031 exchange options, etc... Corey walked me through the contract by carefully explaining every detail. Closing was convenient and smooth. I couldnt be happier with the outcome.
