Wendy made the house purchasing process very simple and easy to understand for us. I specifically choose Wendy as our realtor when I found out she was bilingual. My parents (both primarily being Spanish speaking) were a big part of this journey and I wanted them to feel included & be able to express their concerns with our realtor. Wendy always made our parents feel comfortable in asking any questions. Wendy was available for any questions at any time of day & responded in a timely manner. She helped navigate multiple extremely challenging situations throughout the selling process and handled working with multiple sellers and personalities (across 4 states!!) with the utmost confidence and professionalism.
