Doug Eastland was recommended by Dave Ramsey for whom we have great respect. We met Doug in our home and were immediately impressed with his professionalism, his demeanor and his sincerity. He was not like the other realtors we interviewed. He was practical and respected our input. During the process he was amazingly responsive to phone calls, emails and texts. He is well versed in the procedures and policies for our transaction and kindly responded with dignity to our dumb questions. If we buy or sell again we will call Doug.

I cannot speak highly enough about Carrie! She always text and called me back within minutes and she made me feel like her number one priority even though I wasn’t her only client at the time. She answered all of my questions and I never felt unsure about anything. I also valued her input and opinions (that she provided when I asked) as she is incredibly knowledgeable of the housing market, trends, and things that would be quick and easy fixes or would be very costly.Even after closing and moving in she was there to answer questions I had and even checked in on me multiple times to see how things were going.Carrie is hands down the BEST agent I have had and I highly recommend her 10/10!

Doug was very professional. Weve tried several different realtors in the past and Doug is by far the best. He sold our house in 6 days and for more money than we thought we could. He also helped us buy our current house within 30 days. He was very resourceful and provided answers and resources to all our questions. We will definitely use Doug and his team in the future.

Joe Reed is the man! I’ve been in retail management/sales for the last eight years of my life, so I know what great service looks like. My wife and I had been considering purchasing a home for 2 years before we talked with Joe.
