Walter is everything you want in a Realtor. The first time I met him I knew he was the best at what he does. He’s honest about the entire process and knows how to show you where to price your home. On a personal level, I was always comfortable when we had any showings because Walter was there at my home while strangers were examining the place I raised my kids with a fine tooth comb. He helped buyers see the house the way we see it. Leaving the memories behind is hard, but Walter made me feel that moving on would only help another family see this house as home.
