Ms. Vy Philipps is an excellent real estate broker. She has helped me purchased a house in Katy and provided me an excellent HOME BUILDER- ASHTON WOODS. The staff at Ashton Woods communicated with me on a WEEKLY basis while I was still in Seattle when I bought the house in Katy, Texas . They provided me updates and photos of the house ( 3 bedroom and 2 bath , single story ) located at Sunterra in Katy , Texas. My profound gratitude to Ms. Vy Philipps for her help in showing me a great home for me and my family to live in and the house is BRAND NEW. Kudos to Ms. Philipps and I would recommend her to other home buyers for she is honest and experienced in her line of work.
