I am grateful for Virginias help in buying my first home. She was good about answering questions, responding quickly and if she didnt know pointing me in the right direction. She has been very friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process and took the time to explain (and re-explain) the more complex areas of home buying. I would recommend Virginia to anyone looking for a realtor.

When we were looking to sell and also were in the market for a new home earlier this year (2021), Virginia was our first choice. She is truly a full-service realtor! She came by to make suggestions on small improvements in our home to ready it for showings, and also had a professional photographer take beautiful pictures that showed all the advantages our home has. She walked us through each step as we bought/sold so that we were fully informed about the process; she made it so fun and we learned a lot! We found the perfect fixer-upper, and closing/moving could not have gone more smoothly. Virginia is professional, but also warm and considerate in all she does. She is our realtor for life!

If you are looking for a realtor that is going to do their very best and whats best for you, and not just her pocket book, Virginia is exactly who you need to contact. We were relocating from Arizona and needed some specifics based on our family dynamics. This also brought along a wide range of home prices that we were willing to buy as we only had one weekend to find our house.Instead of trying to get us into a house that was on the top end of our budget, she took us to homes that met our needs and style. The home we happened to buy was actually on the lower end of our price range. But it was the right one in the right neighborhood. Her morals and ethics through it all gave us such comfort. Along with being very attentive and on top of every item each step of the way.I would highly recommend Virginia to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in east Texas.
