Virginia Ann is amazing!!! She was my realtor when I bought my house and when I sold it!!!! I could not wished for a more understanding and skillful negotiator!!! She went above and beyond to do everything to make both transactions as smooth as possible!! I felt very secure because I knew Virginia Ann truly represented my wishes!!! She was there every step of the way to help and guide with everything from cleaning and moving!! She gave very best advice every single time!! In addition, she is knowledgeable, experienced, and skillful in all aspects of real estate and above!!! Virginia was absolutely amazing. From start to finish she was answering all our questions, her suggestion of what to do to help sell our home, was exactly what we needed to do. We hired her and she had our home. In a bidding war within a week and she had it sold a week later. I would definitely recommend her and her company to anyone.looking to sell or buy. You cannot go wrong with Virginia.
