My 82 yr. old sister wanted to sell her house as is and not worry about repair. Vida helped come up with a fair rock-bottom price. My sister wanted to move out of state in six months. Vida called her weekly but more often when she had some offers. Vida called to check on my sister to see if she had any issues she could help resolve. The house was sold within four months, and she ensured the process did not stress my sister. Vida called and emailed us while she was on vacation with her family. Vida was recommended to me by my colleague, another Lithuanian. She helped my wife and me to buy our first home in United States. Was recommended and connected to Vida via the Lithuanian community initially. Upon connection, she in a timely fashion asked all the right questions as far as what Im looking, my price range, area, other requirements. Within a week, Ive received a call and weve went through multiple properties that she found in the area that all fit the requirement and I ultimately ended up renting one of the apartments in Grapevine. Ive been incredibly satisfied with the whole process and would whole-heartedly recommend her for anyone.
