From the beginning I loved how everything was tailored to an investor like myself, but then I was even more impressed when Victor notified me of a house that met exactly what I was looking for. The closing was also smooth with the help from the transaction coordinator and the entire team making sure everything stayed on schedule and I got all the information I needed to feel confident in the purchase. We just recently bought an investment property in Texas with Victors support and the experience couldnt have been better.We are out of state investors and it is very difficult to understand the landscape of another state and make property decisions from far away. I’m a newbie real estate investor, and I have bought my first house hack with Victor. In short, I would not have done it with anyone else! He absolutely is a real deal. He seems to understand what works in this market and what doesn’t, especially in this high interest environment and a hot market like DFW. Despite being a rockstar agent, Victor will always pick up and return your calls and I encourage him to continue to provide great service. While it being my first time purchasing, Victor has educated me well and helped me gain the confidence to break that mental barrier of purchasing a property that a lot of people have.In terms of word of suggestion, if a client is a newbie, I would recommend setting up meetings to educate serious buyers on at least two points: offer letter and inspection report. Victor already does an absolutely phenomenal job on going over inspection. On the offer letter side, if a client is serious on putting an offer in for the first time, they would want to understand the terms, especially the offer contingencies since the earnest money is at stake, so that would be my suggestion.Another point is that once an offer is accepted, you’ll ask most of your questions through Victor’s assistant - This is perfectly normal, most competent agents will have teams. There were a few instances where I had to follow up/double text to make sure I could receive answers. These questions are just as important as things that hinder closing. Hence, while I do understand that Victor’s team is super busy (given their awesome competency!), I would try to get the questions answered promptly by the assistant - that is the whole point of delegation in a team.In summary, I cannot recommend him enough to others who are looking to invest in real estate in DFW! I surely plan on continuing to work with him to buy properties and I encourage others to do the same. He is super easy going, fun to talk to, and most importantly you’ll learn a lot about real estate investing. If you are serious and looking for an awesome agent, give him a call! Victor is the real deal! He’s a big guy but humble enough to get back to me about views on deals. He saved me countless times from being tied up with STR banned deals in Dallas that would have cost me revenue! He helped get my deal in with client, gave me a good lender, gave me all the good information! His team is fantastic, prompt, on top of things, and did even a property research for me. Excellent negotiations with seller, friendly, reassured me when I thought I got into a bad deal. He would guide me through the pros and cons, excellent guide for this market.
