I have tried extremely hard not to let the term Inflation become relevant in my life, in 2022, after a pandemic, COVID19. Work hard, stay on my grind, and spend less has been my motto. So, to make a long story short, my rental property, last month increased my rent by $900.00. Unbelievable! Now you can imagine my devastation! Eight hundred sq ft for $2,200.00 a month. I am crying, praying and I am scared. I contacted two people I know for guidance, but they have not returned my call. I remembered seeing Mrs. Vickey Reyna Realtor - KW McKinney on fb for a while now, but I was not in the market to purchase a home. I remembered how kind she was when I first met her back in 2008, we parted ways and I had not seen her since. I tend to be a very private person, but I felt in my heart with fervent prayer, that if I reach out to her, I could trust her. I was not wrong still to this day. First thing she did was meet with me to have lunch on her. The very next day she pulled some listings and drove me around shopping for my dream home. Being open and honest is how she has carried herself. I wanted someone with great integrity to share my experience with and that, she has shown, thus far. She introduced me to a wonderful loan officer that is quick, sharp, good with the numbers and very professional. She shared some great programs for home buyers in Texas. This is the best home shopping experience I could have ever imagined. Mrs. Reyna is a very kind and professional realtor that I highly recommend, and she knows her stuff. Thank you, Vickey, for being a God sent blessing in my time of need.
