We have worked with Valerie in several projects. Her knowledge of country life makes a ranch or farm purchase with her a pleasure. She understand the needs of livestock and horses. Her knowledge of building is excellent and helps tremendously when looking at homes in the country or town. Understanding the quality of the home construction helps her guide investors to purchase quality properties that will have lower ongoing maintenance and repair costs. With almost 20 years as an appraiser Valerie’s knowledge of the real estate market and how to find fair values is excellent and puts her in a class all her own as a Realtor. You won’t find an agent willing to work harder for your business. Your happiness is her goal.

My wife and I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Valerie. She went above and beyond driving to meet us at open houses on such an extremely tight schedule. She worked with the agents and the sellers to try to get us the best possible outcomes. She is trustworthy and honest and I would use her again and recommend her to everyone I know purchasing a home. The fact of the matter is she really did go above and beyond for us, and there really is so much more I can say that she has done for us. But most importantly, I cant thank her enough for putting us in our first home.

Valerie was more than a realtor, she became a dear friend. She never made us feel that she was more concerned about making money than what was best for us. She would go out of her way to find us homes( over an hour into the country) that she knew wed like to look at. She never tried to show us homes out of our budget or on the high end of our budget. Her knowledge exceeds the process of purchasing or selling a home. In a world full of people out for themselves and untrustworthy I was blessed to have met her. We continue to seek advice from her about loans, land, and homes. We know she will be upfront and honest. I was terrified to build with all the horror stories of contractors. So, I reached out to her for recommendations on a builder. I knew we could trust who she recommended and he has been nothing but wonderful.

She has personally developed several properties and has a sense for both where revenue could come into play and an eye to design and upgrade properties with potential. She has experience in inter-state purchases, serving clients with all the technology that helps make things easy and comfortable as well as keeping all teams in both states informed and happy while finding the perfect match. Although she can do business on any property, Val especially understands ag/ranch properties, horse properties, and higher end properties.
