Tyler is the best Realtor! My husband and I moved here from New Mexico. We had no idea where we wanted to live, much less the town. He had his hands full with us. Ha! We decided to move from just outside of Houston to Tyler, TX around September of 2023. We started looking at homes and got connected with Tyler Martin. He spent many days showing us homes and was always so quick to communicate. Long story short, we had difficulties selling our home and he helped us find a very proactive local realtor to take over. Once we got a contract on our home things went into high gear and in just two days while we were still in Houston, Tyler and a friend of ours went to see this home and took videos to send us. Then we came up a day later and we put a contract on it. Tyler has helped us every step of the way. He is an honest and very hardworking guy! He is the best realtor we have ever worked with! You can’t go wrong with Tyler Martin!

We found Tyler online from a “Moving to East Texas” FB page that he runs. He answered my millions of questions and went so far above and beyond. We moved from out of state and with busy schedules, always ended up in town on holiday weeks/weekends. He never once made us feel bad about it. He listed to all of our wants/needs and found several homes that were wonderful for us (after looking at 20+ in two days). We had a few bumps with our scheduling and lending, and Tyler worked through all of the issues to make sure we could close. I would highly recommend him to anyone! He was so knowledgeable about both real estate and the community in general!
