Ive know Ty Horsford since we where kids and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my real estate needs. His values and the need to serve his customers go above and beyond and I was extremely grateful to him in selling my home. Ty listed my home after inspecting it, and within 15 hours it was sold. Ty worked with me during the entire process and always kept me informed on what was going on or what I needed to do. Ty always has lend a helping hand no matter what it is to anyone he meets. We moved to Lubbock from Marble Falls. I had started a job and we were living with my dad while we looked for a house. Ty helped us through the emotional stress of purchasing a house. The house we ended up with had only been on the market 36 hours when we put an offer on it. We were one of multiple offers and I was really stressed that the offer we made wasnt enough. Ty kept me calm. It was actually a very close call. They called Ty twice before deciding. We ended up getting the house!!!
