Cate is very good at what she does and was with us through the thick and thin of the home building and buying process. 2021 saw a drastic shift in building a home due to supply chain and the financial fallout to builders that that brought with it, and we were caught in the middle of that storm. She dealt with our emotional roller coaster process and my type A personality like a pro. Not only did she allow me to vent regularly, she also didn’t hesitate to go to bat with our builder for us. Her knowledge of our situation was always informed and helpful. At the end of it all, she went above and beyond to help the moving process go as smooth as possible.I know we’re both relieved to be done with it all, but I’ll miss having Cate around non the less! I’m very thankful that my random Instagram search for Waco realtors lead me to her!

Justin Vaugh re-established my faith in what a Real Estate Agent is supposed to be and to do. He was with us 100% of the way. From day one asked the right questions about what our needs and wants were. He immediately started sending us listings of homes we might be interested in, and setup times for walk throughs and if we didnt feel strongly about the home, he modified his searches to ensure we were getting the listings we would be interested in. The moment we told him This is the one he was off to the races, getting our offer in to the selling Agent. He was super quick to let us know there were other buyers interested in the property and he relayed to the Selling Agent what our offer was. He was with us through to the end when we signed the papers. All Real Estate Agents should look to Justin as an example of what they should aspire to be.
