We really loved our stay with TRG! Every issue we had they took care of it immediately. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Even the maintenance people.I was so sad we had to move away, but if we ever come back TRG is first on our list.Thanks for everything guys!

I used the property management arm of TRG for over 15 years. This company was a perfect match and cared for my property; they consistently met and exceeded my expectations on several occasions. They took care of issues and I never had to visit the property over these years. Yvonne and Anthony work well on behalf of their clients and get the right solution done every time. As a client, my concerns were always addressed and taken care of. When I decided to sell my house, they took care of everything and took care to accommodate my needs. Their agent Mandy often communicated with me after hours and ensured my best interests were at heart. I really appreciate the entire team there. I will miss working with them.

Anthony Rodriguez and his team was amazing hands down! He was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole the process of me purchasing my very first home. I never once felt pressed into making any decisions I was not comfortable with. Anytime I had questions or concern , him or Kathy was able to answer right then and there. If your looking for an awesome realtor or property management I definitely recommend TRG. The entry staff makes you feel like family the moment you walk through the doors.

I’ve had the pleasure of being part of two home purchases with Anthony and his company. I was always kept informed and received answers to whatever questions in a timely manner. No matter what time of day I reached out to him, he responded. With his experience of having built homes himself, with the second home purchased, his knowledge of what the inspector detailed in his report, he knew all the terminology and exactly what need to be presented to the builder. I highly recommend his services!

TRG Realty is my second family. When I bought my home 9 yrs ago, Anthony found me a brand new home thst i fell in love with, he put in offer the day before Thanksgiving Day, we got accepted offer and at the time Liz was the loan officer and we closed in 10 days. I could not believe it, but yes in 10 days I was in my own home. After 9yrs, it was time to move to be closer to my children, and the first person I called was Anthony. He walked me through the selling process and in less than 30 days we had multiple offers. Anthony was very prompt with everything and got me top dollar. His assistant Kathy kept me informed all throughout the process from beginning to end. At closing, Anthony was there. I can say he held my hand during the whole process. I would highly recommend TRG Realty to SELL or BUY any property. Anthony will answer all of your questions and main thing he listens. I told him tosell my home fast, and he did. He is honest, reliable, hardworking and trustworthy which I trust him 100% as well as all of his staff. I consider TRG my family. I love them and highly recommend for all your real estate needs... buying, selling, building, or renting.

TRG is a great reality company to do business with. From purchase, to property management, and through the sale of my home they had me covered. You start to realize early in the process that its not a normal realtor to client relationship, but that of family taking care of family. Im grateful of their assistance to me throughout a six and half year partnership.TRGs property management aided me in netting a full price offer for the sale of my property. Amazing people who will go above and beyond!Liz and Anthony what a great team!Our dream home went up for sale. The same day we called and scheduled an appointment. We got pre-approved the next day and we closed within 2 weeks! Talk about easy!!! They did all of the hard work to make it super easy for us! They assured us that our old home would sell real quick and oh my goodness, 24 hours after it went up for sale we had a buyer!

I called Anthony told him my situation on buying my first home. He gave me great advice, and got me on the right track to finding my home. He came to me which is about a 2 hour drive a few times to look for my house. Kept me updated on the things I needed for the bank. Very professional at what he does. I would recommend anybody to go see Anthony. Very top notch, stand up guy and down to earth. First home, and defiantly not my last.

Ive rented through a lot of different companies. Everyone had good and bad points but a prop mgmt company can only do so much. TRG has been there when Ive needed them. Their employees are very knowledgeable and the girls in the office are very friendly. maintenance could use some time management training but Ive had my work orders completed and when something major goes wrong, TRG gets it taken care of immediately. All the properties were very clean for viewing and I was impressed with their cleaning crews attention to tiny details; baseboard, light fixtures, cabinet fronts, shelves in closets-nothing needed recleaned when I moved in! Thank you so much TRG you made my rental experience a pleasure and would rent from you in the future!

TRG is a strong business that truly values family. I have been with them for over 16 years. They treat me like I am part of their family and that in itself speaks volumes. Over the course of 16 years TRG has assisted me in purchasing a home, selling that home, then purchasing two others. Mr. Rodriquez took care of EVERYTHING each time so that I could focus on my family, work, and college. He spoke with the builders on my behalf and kept me updated each step of the way. Whenever or wherever I decide to move, I will call Mr. Rodriquez because to be quite honest, I know things will be done right!

I have been a RENTER turned into BUYER with TRG Realty/Property Management. . Their customer service skills are excellent. Explained the process as well as advised me on the the process of obtaining a mortgage loan. Everyone ASSUMES TRG Realty/Property Management own these properties, they DO NOT, they manage them... The END LINE is the OWNER CHOOSES to fix, not to fix, to pay, or not to pay for services. NOT the Property Management.... They are doing their jobs.... Liz was exceptional, I would recommend her anytime as well as Anthony.... (I know this since the owner of the home I rented was my friend, not really when you are a renter). I am ESTACTIC of being a NEW HOME OWNER and do not have to deal with my friend.... TRG WAS AWESOME. If you want to BUY... BUILD A NEW HOME... RENT... SELL... ANY HOME YOU SEE they can help and ALWAYS go the EXTRA MILE to satisfy the customer. I am military and they are awesome.... They do give back to the community as well and a lot of folks do not know this.... They dedicate their time to HELP OUT the unfortunate... and DO NOT EXPECT anything in return.... AWESOME FOLKS....
