She does a wonderful job of staging and has a great photographer and video photographer that really know how to showcase your home so that you can sell for top dollar with minimum days on the market.Jennifer and Leslie are a wonderful combination of professional and friendly, theyre always available to answer questions and help you through the whole process of selling your home. Smooth and seamless sell of my home.Jennifer and Leslie made the sell of my home as easy as possible. They came in and staged my home and made everything look beautiful. These ladies know their stuff. I get amazed when I see other listings and how unprofessional the photos look. They had my house looking like a model home. First impressions matter. She is extremely professional, friendly, super responsive and took great care of us and our home (literally as our home sale was in middle of Texas winter storm) throughout the sale process. From the initial first meeting of what she recommended and what we could do to improve, we trusted her expertise and she was absolutely right! Jennifer and her team are amazing from staging our house to prep for sale or even coming over and meeting with plumbers and getting us in touch with sprinkler people because we had a sprinkler burst during storm and we were out of town. Jennifer Ciulla is a wizard when it comes to knowing the markets and knowing what will make your house sell! She says she doesn’t have a “crystal ball”, but I’m pretty sure she does! And Leslie Mata keeps everything moving smooth to make sure everything gets done and all the “boxes are checked” before closing. She makes it about as stress-free as it can get. And they are just as easy to work with when buying a home - they are super responsive, quick to schedule a time to see a home, and they are very fast to react when you want to put in an offer.
