The market at the time was much different than my last purchase. We looked at a few homes, I would bid strong, and loose to some crazy high offer. Due to this, there was a ton of inconvenient times we would find homes that would list and head straight to view the home if possible. Some video tours had to be made on my part, but they found a way. In the end, I got my perfect property, at a fair value. Thanks to the TMT team; I didn’t go crazy on the first couple properties or I would have never found my spot!

My family had what could probably be considered a complicated estate sale, but Mindy was all over it! She made the process an absolute breeze and helped us every single step of the way! She was extremely informative and kept us up to date on everything. Truly went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do. We are happy to say that she is helping 2 people in our family in their home buying process now as well! We love Mindy and will absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Her go to, never quit, positive attitude makes the nerve wracking experience of buying a house easier.I have also never heard of a realtor going above and beyond like she did for us. There were somethings that were out of her control and she jumped in and helped anyway she could.
