    Tiffani Rivers is certainly a realtor of the century! If it comes to picking a realtor, she is without a doubt the best realtor I have ever known.I knew Tiffani for few years before she became a realtor and she has always amazed me with her unique abilities to deal with very difficult people and situations. This woman wears so many hats that will wow everyone. My experience with a purchasing a house was incredible just because of her. I am a tough woman myself and dealing with me is not the easiest thing, but Tiffani made my journey of purchase a house seamless and stress less. She was always on the top of everything, super proactive, aggressive in a good way, persistent, strong, knowledgeable, professional, extremely organized and kind. Tiffani was always fast to respond to all my questions and all her responses were properly structured, very detailed and always correct. She can find an answer to any question you mind have, and she can assure you that every answer has a substantial support. Tiffani has proven her great abilities to communicate with all the parties and she always made sure that she acts in the very best interest of her client. She scheduled a tour for the house that I eventually purchased, in 15 minutes and 1 hour later the comps and all the information I needed to decide about the house was provided to me. Tiffani put her personal life aside and made sure her client was happy and satisfied. Then, in less than a day our offer was accepted with term that I did not think I can possibly get. But Tiffani was persistent, unstoppable and confident. She knew exactly what I need and more importantly how to get this for me. Always with a smile in her voice and positive vibes she was so inspiring and awesome to work with.Tiffani was able to dispute an appraisal on the house in way that both, my lender and seller agent were very impressed. She was able to prove that my house worse the money I wanted to offer, and the appraisal was increased my $15k, while everyone I talked to assured me that it is impossible. Tiffani has not given up and kept pushing to the last day. Moreover, she stayed very confident, supportive and strong. She gave confidence to me and made my dreams come true.In addition to fighting for appraisal, she seamlessly convinced the seller’s agent and seller to go down in price by $20k, while keeping all the original terms on the agreement and all the additional items that seller agreed to include with the house.I had the most amazing experience with Tiffani and I am so ready to buy more and more properties with her. Working with her was truly a pleasure! I can’t be thankful enough for all that she has done for me. If not her, I would not be sitting right now in my gorgeous house with 20-foot ceiling and heartwarming fireplace.     If I could give a higher rating I would. Let me start by saying that we were able to obtain our forever home in the highly competitive DFW market at asking price and at appraisal value. This is hard to do in this day and age.Tiffany is an honest realtor. She advised us when homes we were considering were overpriced based on the comps, which I am sure saved us headaches.She also is a hard worker. If we wanted her to send an offer, she had it done within a few hours. She even took the time to call the sellers realtor to find out what they were looking for in an offer.If you are looking for a hard working, honest person that works in your best interest then you should definitely reach out to Tiffani Rivers.
