We bought a Lennar home in the Northpointe neighborhood. Thomas helped us find the home we wanted and to negotiate the price down and get some add ins as well. He attended all of our events with the builders and helped point out some areas during the inspection. Very responsive and very helpful. Would recommend and use again in the future.

Thomas was such a great help for the whole process. He had numbers for every house we did a walk through of to give me a general value of the house. When I said I wanted to make an offer on a house we did a walk through that day he already had suggested offers for me. Anytime I was trying to figure out who to use for a step he had names for suggestions. He was also able to get an inspector out Monday morning even though the deal was done Saturday. I honestly would have been lost without his help and I couldnt be happier.
