“We highly recommend the Roehm Team for selling or purchasing a home. Ed explained the comps, assisted us in pricing our home, Nancy made suggestions and worked with us as we prepared for showings. They were very helpful in assisting us through contract negotiations. Working with the buyers and their agent was not always easy but Ed was skillful in working through the details. He ensured that all paperwork was completed in time even making phone calls to track down documents. Then it was time to find a new home. Ed had continually sent us listings that met our requirements and on day one of our search we found a house that was right for us. Again, Ed was great at helping us work through the contract and inspections. Closing went smoothly and we are very happy with our new home. We have bought and sold a few times over the years and used different realtors during previous transactions. Ed and Nancy are a great team. They were quick to communicate with us, available whenever we had questions and were great to work with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”

Nancy’s personal touch in staging our home allowed us to not only get multiple offers , but get all offers that were above our asking price. Over the past few years we have sold and purchased a few properties in the Cypress TX area for our family.
