When we found the perfect home, they promptly set up the walkthrough, helped us make an appealing offer, and provided much needed advice during inspections and negotiations. Even after the sale, they have continued to help us navigate the POA and identify trusted contractors and service providers. Team Watkins is personal, professional, knowledgeable, direct, and communicative - and have provided quite a few laughs too! If you are looking for a home in the Montgomery or Lake Conroe areas, you should really consider them. -

Gaye and Steve Watkins gave us prompt and focused attention as we looked for a house in Bentwater. They listened to our needs and wants in a house. They shared with us real estate prices, sales in Bentwater, current listings, time on the market and sales trends. They gave us their evaluation concerning maintenance issues, motivated seller and other pertinent items and issues. They also reviewed the structural resale issues of each house we were interested in. They identified repair concerned and even gave us names for tradesmen who could do the work. We would definitely consider Gaye and Steve for any future real estate transaction. -
