They were very kind and patient answering our many questions we had as first time homebuyers throughout the entire process. When selecting a relator I love being able to have someone I know. That is why I selected James and Vanessa. They were super professional and knowledgeable about the real estate tendencies in my old neighborhood and new neighborhood. They always made sure to give us all the information they could about selling and buying our houses. James and Vanessa were super easy to work with and very prompt when sending over anything that needed to be signed. Our old house sold in about 1 week with their methods. I would highly recommend using James and Vanessa for your real estate needs. They are super nice people who care about their clients.

I am a Veteran of the US Navy and a first time homeowner now. These guys got a VA loan specialist who knew the way the VA rolls. They answered all my questions and stuck with me when it looked like things were not going to work. It was a wild ride but they pulled it off and they deserve the 5 stars I gave them. If you are a veteran I highly recommend them.

Mr. James Meador and Mrs. Vanessa Esma listened to our story of how everyone made us feel hopeless in finding a home. We have a few things that look bad on our end that would prevent us from just jumping in the first thing we saw but Mr. Meador promised he would not stop working for me until work was done. Mr. Meador not only got us into a home but by far exceeded our own expectations. Even though we are only leasing this time around, Mr. Meador and Mrs. Esma are gearing up to find us the right mortgage company to help us eventually buy a home of our own as well. Listen up folks! These two wonderful individuals help make dreams come true for anyone looking for a house to call a home.
