Shannon sold our house in 5 days and 50K above asking! We had the house listed previously with another agent and it sat for 3 months before receiving an offer AND the listing had dropped significantly due to lack of interest. A lot could be said about the market but when Shannon got the listing interest rates increased once again! I think this is a good example. Not all agents are equal. Shannon is exceptional!

Her knowledge of Carlton Woods is impressive especially because we were moving from out of state and we did not know a lot about the neighborhood. Not only did she help us find an amazing home, she connected us to the Carlton Woods club membership Director and was able to set up a tour for us of the club the weekend we were in town. We recommend Shannon Cox if you are looking in Carlton Woods!! She’s a lot of fun also which made the process a whole lot easier.

Absolutely first rate, second to none!! Quite frankly 5 starts is not enough but that’s all we can give. Shannon and her team worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home and saw it though from offer to closing in just 31 days. Hands down, the best realtor in The Woodlands. And Ive had many. They really go above and beyond. When many others had recommended me to sell a house in the recent months for 285,000-295,000, Shannon enlightened me. And within a two months with their help and advice we closed for 380,000!! They did so many more showings than my other realtors, and made sure everything was beautiful. Even going in person to make sure the garden and drive way was always beautiful. That there were no dead bugs inside the house. They keep you updated with detailed graphs and reviews data. Example: 75% of visitations reported this or that 0% of people had complained the price was too high. Shannon and her specialist team really looks into everything. And I mean everything. Even things no other realtor had ever mentioned to me in the past. I have owned several properties in The Woodlands area at least in here no other realtor is the same. This is were Shannon has taken great care of me and where she is currently doing so for my other properties. Honestly, this is the first time I have felt a realtor really cares of their clients and looms after their needs first. Shannon Cox team will fight for you.
