Connie is amazing! She was able to find us a perfect home in a slim market. Her communication skills are great. She helped us through every step or process and reminded us when we needed to get something done for the closing process. We felt very comfortable asking any questions and she always gave her honest opinion (which is always helpful). We never felt forced into liking a home and felt like we were on the same page. We absolutely loved working with Rachel and Connie!We are military and moved here from Alaska and thought we had a house all lined up......so we thought. We decided that since the housing we had feel through that we would look into buying but knew nothing but what we were told by my husbands new shop. One of the men in his shop said we needed to work with Rachel and Connie and boy am I so glad we did!! They listened to what we wanted, showed us every house we found that we thought would work and celebrated with us when it was officially under contract/bought! During the whole process of buying our house they made sure we were informed of what was going on, answered any questions we had and staying sane while living in a hotel during the process. I will always recommend Rachel and Connie for anyone buying or selling a house!

After 31 years in the same house we needed someone who could guide us on the path to maximize the value of our home.It was suggested that we vent our sunroom so it could be added to the square footage. That alone paid for itself!After inspection we were given names and numbers of competent workers that quickly made necessary repairs.Having a great house helps, but showing it virtually made this doable. We got a contract on our house first day on the market. Sold it, moved in a month!Use the Russell-Rose Team!
