    Rose is simply the most professional agent Ive ever met. She is extremely easy to work with. I honestly have a hard time thinking of way she could improve. I write this only so the perspective buyer/seller can understand the quality of the experience my wife and I had.We bought a property that was a complicated negotiation. It took a great deal of time and for all parties involved to be accessible on short notice. Rose was always there to respond and to relay the sellers most recent messages. She helped my wife and and I to understand how to best convey our interests without escalating the emotions of the seller, as the seller was emotionally attached to the home.We now live in the home of our dreams and the property my wife and I had only previously dreamed of raising children on.     We engaged Rose and Steve to sell our home in the summer of 2019. This was before the current real estate craziness. Our subdivision had over 70 homes for sale when less than 40 is the historical norm. Our beautiful home had been listed with another real estate agent for 6 months with zero offers. The Rose Realty Team went to work with their many tools; print media, social media, web marketing, and open houses. We received an offer quickly but we’re locked in a stalemate during negotiations. Rose Realty offered flexibility in their commission that allowed us to close the deal. Any real estate agent will work in today’s environment but if you want a professional in a challenging market, hire the Rose Realty Team.

    I met Rose about 3 years ago when I was searching for a home for my husband and myself.I was planning to go and look at model homes in Robson Ranch, Denton, TX when she offered her services and help to me. I found her to be curious, kind, and a great listener as to what our needs and wants were.After spending a couple of hours with her the first day, I had many questions after looking at the models. We communicated through email often as I was living an hour away. She was quick to get back to me and answer ALL of the questions I had (and there were many)but never pushy or forceful with us making a decision. I find that an admiral quality with a sales person!We are so happy with our new home and location.     We have been involved with Steve in a somewhat complicated transaction buying a home with senior residents who are downsizing and require extra time in moving. In the early stages of the transaction Steve respected my timeline while helping me do my own market analysis...and then advised me on his market insights. Steve walked us through a situation with multiple offers above listing price, and was able to work our offer into the mix to convince the sellers to accept our offer. The sale also included the sale of personal property and an extended leaseback to the sellers, which we are currently still working with Steve after the sale to negotiate. Steve has been good with keeping up communications, which I respect since he keeps quite busy.
