I have known Jessica Lloyd for quite some time and I just KNEW she would have someone to help me with my home purchase in Waco. She connected me to Ronda Seanez for my hunt in Waco. Ronda was so wonderful and patient with me throughout the entire process. She would give me detail information on the things I did not understand and was available every time I needed assistance or to call her about any little thing. Jeff’s team have been managing our properties since 2019. Overall it has been a great experience. I want to highlight a recent event where Jeff and his team came through in a big way. I can’t say enough good things about Jessica Lloyd. She made the process of putting our home on the market and selling it seamless and stress-free. In the middle of having a new baby and moving across the country, Jessica gave her expert guidance in order to give our house an edge to sell quickly! In less than 8 days, we had offers and were under contract. She made sure she was available to answer any questions we had and kept us in the loop every step of the way. I honestly do not know why anyone would give lower than 5 stars.I can not begin to express my gratitude to this company and specifically Jessica Lloyd. We bought and sold our house through her, and she made it so easy. The bar was held so high with her. It was so weird when we moved to a different state and we didnt get as thorough or easy as a process as we did with Home Team. I WISH she could buy and sell all of our homes. I have little kids and they love Jessica. She really has become a part of our family, and I will never forget the kindness she has given our family.❤️🥯

So I interviewed many agents before finally deciding to go with Jessica as my agent to sell my home. She was very prompt, very courteous, and comes very well recommended by other agents as well as home buyers and sellers. I can say that her reputation is well deserved. We came to her with a 90 day window to sell our home. She got right to work and had our house listed and showing within days. Our home was priced very competitively as indicated by the apparaisal at closing thanks to her knowledge and expertise. Numbers speak for themselves and if you want to sell your home and with little to no hassle, then go with Jessica! We got our first offer right at a month on the market and, and she even managed to get our home closed in less than a month once a buyer put an offer.
