After 5 months of showings and price reductions with a previous agent, and no sale, we asked Medina to be our agent. Her photographer did an OUTSTANDING job filming our house. She had it listed inside of a week’s time and had it sold (back up towards full asking price) in less than a month. She is confident and secure in lakefront sales. You won’t be disappointed.

Medina and her team are the best! She always made sure we got into listings we were interested in fast, gave honest feedback based on what she knew was important to us, and was a wealth of knowledge. She was always prepared, knew the market and shared the price she felt was reasonable for what we were looking at. Medina and Grey did a great job finding us our perfect lake house. We found an ideal spot on the lake in a cove however it needed a lot of work. She pulled in some resources to help us understand the cost of renovation so that we could feel comfortable with our decision. In addition since we could only look at houses on the weekend and limited windows of time, Grey also stepped in on short notice. They both were very patient and now we have the perfect lake house which we can share with our immediate and extended family. In addition, Medina does not disappear after the sale, she continues to help us with some questions about other issues and continues to provide us with recommendations on local businesses which can address our other needs.
