Matt was a fantastic guy the whole way through my six month process of trying to find the right home in this area. I was a first time homeowner and was very intimidated by the whole thing. Extremely patient, hes willing to listen and answer just about every question you might have, or point you in the right direction if he doesnt know. After settling on a house, he worked with me every step of the way to make sure I had a clean closing process, and he still sits in my contact list if I have any other weird questions as a first time homeowner.
