Lauren and her team sold my mothers house a couple of years ago and I was impressed with her team and knew I had found a realtor for any future endeavors.Lauren is a real go-getter, full of spunk, and has impeccable knowledge of the market. She and her team were always available if any questions came up. Lauren was concerned on a more personal note as we began to finalize the sale of our house and had no place to go before building our dream home. My ex-wife used Laurens team when she purchased a home a couple of years ago. When I was ready to buy a couple of months ago both she and my daughter told me that I should very strongly consider using Lauren as my agent. They just raved about her. They spoke of her experience, knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. Well, they actually understated it! Lauren exceeded even the very high expectations that I had going in based on my loved ones’ comments!I know several realtors. I’ve used a few different ones in the past for purchases and sales of several homes. Lauren is the best. She is very knowledgeable regarding the market. And when I found the right home for me, she helped put together an offer that was accepted even though my price offer wasnt the highest.Anyone looking to buy or sell a house should have a conversation with Lauren before choosing their agent!

Lauren is a total badass and Im so thankful she was my agent! I truly feel sorry for the people that do not have Lauren on their side! We were first time home buyers and knew very little going in. Lauren spent a lot of time educating us and making she we understood everything through the whole process. We learned so much and are very thankful for going above in beyond to make us comfortable and knowledgeable. Lauren was amazing fighting for us and dealing with our builder/navigating lending. We had some difficulties with other parties and Lauren was on top of it every time. She was available any time I needed her -- even at 10:30 at night when I would think of a random question or was freaking out. I cannot recommend Lauren enough!

There are so many good things to say about the Lauren Ashley Team! When we scheduled to meet Lauren Ashley about selling our home a few years ago, we thought it would just be a meet & greet. That she would look around the house and come back to us with some options for selling. Nope. She showed up with a booklet of comps in the area and already had a sale price and strategy for listing the house. She was so prepared, we signed a contract on the spot! Her team was so supportive during staging, pictures, and open houses, and they never missed a beat. When we decided to build a new home, she was right there with us to negotiate the contract and even help us pick out tile, paint, and flooring. We always feel like were her only client! She gives us so much of her time and attention, she really puts at ease when we have questions or concerns. We recommend the Lauren Ashley Team to anyone we know is selling or buying a home!

I can never thank Lauren enough for her help. Regarding my home sale, I had a very difficult personal situation due to a pending divorce, and she was understanding, helpful, and she is so quick to respond to communications all the time, which I really appreciate. I never felt rushed when speaking to her on the phone, despite the fact that I know shes very busy and has many clients to manage. I never felt like a number or just someone who she was going to make money off of. I got her full attention anytime I needed it, and she made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. It may sound like an exaggeration, but theres no amount of stars or a score high enough for me to give her. I legitimately felt like she was a friend throughout the whole ordeal - but I want to be clear - her knowledge of the market, the process, her professionalism, and her ability to communicate was every bit as impressive as the personal touch she put on our transaction. If youre a first-time buyer or seller and/or just in general struggle to understand what a difference the right realtor can make - trust me. Ive worked with other realtors before and its like comparing a perfectly-cooked Kobe beef filet mignon to an burned chuck steak covered in ketchup. Lauren is the absolute best and I PROMISE you she does way more than the typical realtor. 1000 out of 10.
