What an amazing experience. At first, I was just curious about what houses on the lakes were available, let alone possible. Hagan [Cohle] and I hit it off immediately, and he was very transparent about the houses that were available, keeping in mind the style and price point I had to be at. I know I shot a ton of questions his way throughout the process, but he was always quick to respond. Several months later... a house on the lake became a reality!! The whole process was so smooth! Even when Hagan was unavailable during closing, Ashley [Buchanan] picked up where he left off to ensure a very smooth transition. Would recommend this group to anyone in the market for a home in this part of Texas. I would love to work with them again, but I think Im in my forever home!!

We would highly recommend Hagan and his whole team at The Lakefront Group! Like most families with teenagers, our schedules are incredibly busy. We also live 3 hours away from Canyon Lake. Hagan went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and help us find the perfect vacation home! He even toured homes for us when we were not available to be there and sent detailed videos of the walk through. He is very knowledgeable of the area, which was beneficial to us coming from out of town. The whole team was also very flexible and assisted us with a last minute change when we had a family emergency the night before closing. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. My husband & I just bought a lake house in McQueeney . I don’t often do reviews however, we had the BEST experience and I think is important to share. We looked for lakefront about a year ago, but just could not make up our minds. We backed off for a while, but Hagan would check in and send listings. However, he was never pushy, but also kept us in the loop. One day he reached out to tell us about a house that we HAD to look at on McQueeney. We met him that afternoon, looked at it, fell in love and put an offer in. It was the perfect house!!!Through the whole process his team at Lakefront Group was over the top amazing!
