Joe is an amazing realtor! Me and my husband bought our first house. He negotiates whatever you asks him. He voices the clients’ concerns to the seller/builder. I am picky but Joe had lots of patience. He is very responsive even when he’s busy. He can answer pretty much any real estate question you have.
