In this insane Austin housing market Jeff and his assistant Cassidy helped us find a lock down a house within just a month. Then, Jeff did the impossible and negotiated quite a few concessions from a very hard-to-reach seller. He did all of this with the most positive attitude and made us feel so calm and relaxed about the whole process. Even through some set backs during The Great Freeze in February, we managed to get the absolute most for our money. I cant imagine a better outcome. To top it all off, he got us a little home photo session as a gift for our very first home!! Thank you for everything Jeff and Cassidy, you were an absolute joy to work with!

I can’t recommend Jeff and Cody enough if you are even just thinking about buying a home. We reached out to them before we were actually ready to buy, and they were so patient with us. They set up a call with us to learn about out wants and needs, then set us up with weekly emails tailored to those wants and needs with any homes to fit the criteria. There was never a single bit of pressure from Jeff and his team, despite it taking a while for us to find something that ticked all of our boxes in a challenging market (with our challenging checklist). They were amazing throughout the home buying process from start to finish, and are still in contact with us following the purchase and move into our new home. We cannot recommend them enough and will definitely work with them again for our next home.

At our first meeting with Jeffery he presented a comprehensive package of comps for us to consider prior to listing, and gave us a realistic view of the current market.After listing, he staged the house and had excellent photos taken to showcase the house. He held multiple open houses, and broker events at the house to keep it on agents radar. Jeffrey called us weekly at a minimum to update us on showing activity and feedback. His support team went out of their way to help on multiple occasions with freeze concerns during the winter as we live over an hour away.Jeffrey also helped with decisions on what needed to be done in order to sell the house. Ive never been one to take the time to write a Google review about any goods purchased or services that I have received but after my experience with Jeffrey I feel compelled to share with anyone potentially moving to Austin, Texas.My fiance and I have been putting forth many efforts in the last 2 years to position ourselves to buy a house in the most sought out city in America during a very challenging season in the real estate market. For a long time, it seemed like it was going to be impossible to find a house that wasnt a tear down in the Austin area for under $400k. I know timing is everything but life is imperfect and we wanted to take a shot at becoming homeowners in a very busy season in our personal/professional lives.We connected with Jeffrey in the Fall of 2021. From the start, every meeting was extremely informative and educational on the process that we were about to go through. We never felt like he was rushing us through anything or pushing us into a sale. When my wife and I first started looking into buying a house we knew that we wanted a realtor who we could trust and one who wouldnt pressure us into anything. We found that in Nelson at Realty Austin. Nelson started out by explaining the whole home buying process (which was nice because we were first-time home buyers) then he gave us our space to find a couple of homes that we were interested in. He went out of his way to get information on the homes and would even drive up 30 minutes to the homes to get measurements for us. When the time came for us to put an offer on the house I realized how lucky we were to have a realtor who was actually excited to make a deal and save us money. Id 100% use Nelson again if we purchase another home in the future.

Jeffrey helped me buy my first home this past year. He is easy to talk to and down to earth, just a super nice guy. He helped me determine an offer price that was within my range for the house I wanted (it was over list of course in this market), and it was quickly accepted the next day, over 5 other offers! When some issues came up during the inspection, he quickly handled getting vendors out to determine what needed to be done, and negotiated a concession from the seller for the repairs before my short option period ended. This was invaluable to me as I was totally inexperienced with home repairs (this being my first house and all). Overall he completely took care of me and made buying my first home a super easy process! I highly recommend him!

Jeffrey is an awesome Realtor. My wife and I were originally going to go with another agency but had mixed feelings with them because they didn’t seem to be interested in selling our home. They were trying to sell our home starting at 250k. My wife and I wanted to sell around 260k, but the agent insisted on staying with 250k because 260k was too high in their “professional opinion.” I had a couple of friends referring Jeffrey to us and spoke highly of him. So we called him up, I believe on a Wednesday, and I’m not kidding, had an offer for 264.9K that same weekend. Even though that offer fell through Jeffrey, he kept our spirits up and was in another contract the next weekend and sold at 262.5K. Jeffrey is an absolutely amazing Realtor; my wife and I are very grateful to him for all that he has done. I highly recommend Jeffrey.
