Jeremy Willard is an amazing realtor and basically became a part of our family during this process. We were not in a hurry and wanted to make sure we got the home we wanted. It took us two years to finally decide what that meant. Jeremy never once pressured us or made us feel that we were taking too long. He was there when we needed him and listened to us every step of the way - offering advice when needed and going to bat for us in difficult situations. One of my favorite things about Jeremy is that is he always accessible and responds quickly. He was consistent with that throughout the entire two years. We referred several of our family members to him as well. We have worked with many realtors over the years and Jeremy is by far the best.

The Icon Team did a great job with the sale of our house in Spring, TX. Initial meeting was with Scott Laird and after listing Scott continued to oversee the management of our home sale. Desirae Bell was our main contact throughout the process, and did a fantastic job. She was knowledgeable, professional, and timely in her communication. We really liked the weekly update calls with Scott and Desirae, great feature. Nicole Roberts filled in for Desirae when she was out and did a good job. She was aware of our account and immediately responded and helped with any issues we had. The Icon Team was a true partner, helping to make arrangements for high quality listing photos, staging consultation and recommending a roof company for repairs. We had gone under contract , but at no fault of Icon, the buyers funding did not go through. An unfortunate occurrence, however because the way Icon negotiated/set up the offer and option period we were protected and at least recouped money from earnest money deposit. I would also recommended the use of their affiliated title company, Capital Title, who did an excellent job handling the closing and everything associated with it.

Nothing less than INCREDIBLE! It truly is a challenge to find the words that will sufficiently express how great it was working with Jeremy and Nicole. We had close to a 4 year trek through some of the most harrowing forests that you could ever imagine before we finally emerged a little bruised, but I could never be more indebted to a very special duo that I could almost call family at this point and would gladly welcome them into the new home I would not have if it werent for them! Always On it! and sometimes ahead of the many curveballs thrown at us, again...never let down at any point. I hope for 2 things, i.e. that these special people know that they truly are ICONS and that any one out there looking for a home is lucky.enough to land one of them!
