Our family was being PCSd to San Antonio area. We began researching family friendly, trustworthy, professional realtors when we realized Dave Ramsey made recommendations through his website. Shane Hamilton was one of the recommendations. He contacted us immediately to offer his services as a real estate agent. We were able to set up a few days to fly out to San Antonio to look at as many houses as possible. He devoted several hours in three days so that our family didn’t have to make multiple trips, as it was not feasible. He remembered all the details about us and even our baby so we felt more than just customers. We never felt rushed or pressured as we tried to find a new home for our growing family in this crazy market. And I can not thank then enough!! I finished remodeling my home and left the sale in Shanes very capable hands. I was able to go ahead and move out of my home in San Antonio, TX and move back home to South Carolina while Shane sold my home. His knowledge and experience made the process so smooth that I did not have to worry for one second! There were a few issues with my house that I missed before I left and Shane, with out even missing a beat, had the problem solved and my home sold in under two months!!
