Wyman was such a wonderful Realtor to work with! Even before we were ready to sell, Wyman came out and a looked over our house, let us know what we needed to get done and even gave us a list of things we would want to to do to prepare it to get put on the market; we hadnt even agreed for him to be our realtor yet and he still took the time to help us! Through out the whole process he knew exactly how best to communicate information to us, kept us in the loop at every step, and made sure that everything was explained to us in a way we could understand it. If we ever decide to sell again, he will be my go to!
