Becky B. at TCAG will go over and above the call of duty with your property purchase or sale. We asked to put our home on the market and had 4 offers within 36 hours. She was able to get us 22% over our initial purchase price. Your mileage may vary but she fielded every possibility and got us the best deal. After the sale we moved to a different state and she continued to take care of some issues on our behalf for the new owners. I just wish we could have had Becky down here to help us with the acquisition of our latest home. The world needs more Beckys. :-) -
