Clay epitomizes professionalism, consistently keeping me informed and updated throughout the entire process. His dedication and commitment truly made a lasting impression on me, and I feel like Ive gained a friend for life. I cant even begin to explain all of the things I loved about Candace and the entire Clay Garrett team guiding me through the selling process. The tech that is involved makes everything so incredibly easy. From house showings, to signing docs - its all possible from your phone.But aside from all that, the personal attention to detail and care I was given by Candace was astounding. She absolutely put my interests first with every decision. Her knowledge of the market in Dallas put us in an incredible position that enabled us to sell and close incredibly fast - even as home prices were dropping and buyers were slowing down. We priced competitively and offered a home that others around us couldnt compete with and we found the perfect buyers for our home.Now were moving on from this home, and another couple is just starting out in theirs.
