Several years ago I was contacted by a representative of The Christian Group Properties Team in reference to selling my house and acreage. They were friendly, understanding and very professional. At that time I was ready to sell but my wife was less than enthusiastic about selling. Completely understanding, Traci Christian kept me in her contacts list and sent me periodic updates on homes selling in my area. This information was instrumental in changing my wifes mindset on selling. When selling conditions met both mine and my wifes expectations, we answered Tracis email with a WE ARE READY TO SELL message. Traci then visited us and elaborated on the finer points and conditions of selling. She even correctly believed we could get much more for our home than we had anticipated due to the sellers current real estate market.All through the selling process we were kept informed of buyer tour events and their feedback. Traci made sure we were notified of every required inspection event and the results.Once a buyer was identified, Traci and team literally jumped through hoops getting the VAs many required documents completed. The Christian Group has represented my family/me for 5 different transactions(and counting).As a buyer, they know what they’re signed up for: quick to contact the seller and ready to act depending on the case. The more honest with them you are(about what you want) the better you can utilize their resources. Their database is WAY more thorough than what’s available online and they can turn you loose with a login, or handle it for you. You can get automated emails as homes are “live” so you can be ready to jump on the right opportunity.As a seller, they really roll out the red carpet! Staging advice, professional pictures, open houses… they go the extra mile. One particular sale, they weren’t pleased with the photos(brown grass/no rain) and had their guy come out AGAIN and spend another whole day taking pictures… I’m convinced this sold our house without even needing to lower the price(or be charged again!).Once I wanted to pressure wash the driveway, and they had one I could borrow instead of renting! And this was a year removed from using their services!Simply put, they are an exceptional company filled with wonderful people. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Since then, she has helped my daughter sell a house in Azle and buy another in Fort Worth. She also found properties for two of my grandsons, one in Burleson and the other in Denton. Although she is a true specialist in the Eagle Mountain Lake area, she has lots of experience in other neighborhoods as well. In addition to real estate, she is a fountain of information about plumbers, hairdressers, dentists, and people who can take care of projects to improve properties she sells. When I decide to put my house on the market, Terri Christian will definitely be the one I will trust to handle the sale.
