First and foremost- you wont find a better real estate team than Yesenia and Cesar. Honest, up-front, no hassle, no smoke-blowing. We felt comfortable from the moment we met!We started our journey after hearing about the amazing experience a friend and former co-worker had with the Caspian Team (see Katie Grimards review for her story!). Yesenia and Cesar started out with a bang- they spent a lot of time with us and made sure we had a good understanding of what we could expect from both them and from the house-selling aspect. My name is Jill Cortez. Im a single mom of two and Im in sales for an air compressor distributorship. I worked hand-in-hand, feet-to-toe and spine to neck with Yesenia to purchase my home in Rosenberg, TX. I closed May 17, 2021.When I say Yesenia walked me, guided me through the whole process- she literally painted the picture for me that I never thought would come to life. We reconnected again to see where I was on home buying in the midst of the winter freeze that took place in Texas. Me and my two kids were without water for over three weeks, using the restrooms at the newly built 7/11 down the street and then three months later, I closed on a house.I think the greatest and most powerful action in doing something as huge as purchasing a home is having trust.
