Regan won our bid initially with great information to help with the value of our home and how to present it to potential buyers. Through great communication and great advise we were able to sell our house in about 2 months. Will recommend anyone to hire him as your realitor. Thank you so much. Regan and Nadia have been wonderful throughout our home sale and new home search. They are not pushy, but helpful and advisory in their approach. During the sale they were very active in their approach. It wasnt just a list-and-wait approach. Prior to listing they advised us on how to get the house ready to sell (what to spend time and money on repairing or tweaking and what to leave as is, how to stage the house, etc.). They told us what steps they were going to take to properly market the house and they did exactly what they said they were going to do when the time came and generated a lot of traffic to the house. When we started our new home search, Regan was our main point of contact. He was happy to research market data on any area we were curious about and followed up with us regularly. As we drive neighborhoods the areas we wanted to focus on, the criteria we wanted to satisfy, and the timeline and budget we needed to consider all changed and evolved. Regan was gracious, professional, and again took the approach of an advisor throughout that process. He even suggested steps to take to help us get clear on where we wanted to look and what criteria to adjust to match best with what is available in the market.As the kids say these days: 10/10 would work with again.

Regan and Nadia have been helping me with my housing needs since 2015. They have been able to provide me aid in finding house rentals, home ownership, as well as investment property ownership. Throughout each process, they have educated me, answered all my questions, helped me find locals for improvements or other needs for the property, and been willing to work around my hectic schedule. When searching, they brought my attention to strengths and weaknesses of each property, worked hard to represent me for the best possible deal, and modified their searches based on my ever changing needs. I was so lucky to be referred to them, and I know you too would benefit from their expertise and hard work ethic.
