The Bradford Group was phenomenal. I was looking for a new home in Dallas on my own but was quickly referred to Bradford. He set me up with Katy, and they were both extremely helpful and quick to find me multiple options based on my criteria. All questions were answered promptly and they undeniably wanted to find me the perfect home where I would be most happy. Throughout the whole process (and even after), they would regularly check in and offer any help they could that would facilitate my move to a new city. We eventually found a perfect place that I can’t wait to call home. My expectations were blown away and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Truly a great group. Working with The Bradford Group didn’t feel at all like a business transaction and much more like a friend helping out a friend.

Working with Bradford Coffman from The Bradford Group was great! He made a genuine positive impact on the process of selling my condo in downtown Dallas, TX. Initially, I was somewhat uninterested and skeptical of making any changes/upgrades to sell the house, but Bradford reassured me that if I wanted to sell quickly (which was my goal) then making these small changes would have a big impact on cutting down the time it takes to get an offer. He was able to introduce me with some of his connections who had extremely fair pricing for painting, some handyman stuff, and staging. They were quick and efficient and got the house sale-ready in a short time. As soon as the house was listed, it was under contract in one day for exactly the price I was asking for! Bradford even negotiated away some of the closing costs. Extremely happy with the services and guidance provided. Bradford was always available whenever I called or texted and I will use him again in the future.Also, side note: His team is great too! Shout out to Katy and Kim!
