Denise was wonderful!! Weve known her for many years. She helped with the search for my mother-in-laws house many years ago and eventually the sale of it recently. When it was time for us to relocate and look for our dream retirement house in the Hill Country we reached out to her. It was a long journey for us (and her) because we were looking for something very specific so we were very, very selective. In addition, my wife and I are very detailed people. We ask lots of questions! Its funny, the first house we looked at and LOVED was the house she said we would end up with and she was right! We took our time and looked at many others. In the end, the house of our dream became a reality! Through it all Denise was patient, kind, collaborative, and a great brain stormer. She didnt rush or pressure us. She was available and engaged. She knows the Austin and surrounding areas very well. She is also well connected. Many times when we had a question or a problem before and after we closed she would immediately pick up the phone and call a contact to help us work through whatever issue we had. I highly recommend Denise. Shes smart, funny, a great listener, well networked, knows the Austin market, strong focus on her family and faith and is just a super nice person!!

We had the best experience working with Lauren Swanner. After connecting to tour a separate listing, she offered to help my partner and I look for our next spot. We had never worked with a real estate agent before, but she made the process totally worthwhile. From responding to late night text messages about places were excited about -- to getting us in the very next day to tour -- all the way to today when we were approved (!), Lauren has been a dream to work with. We will definitely be reaching out in the future if and when we are ready for our next move.
